How to read the sheet
The written price has to name the uphill side.
Ask which side the hill covers, whether a level street was treated as level, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Independent houses on the hill streets, and on the level roads around them, are the usual fit. A flat cannot claim the common roof of a large block. A balcony is not a mounting place.
