How a first conversation works

A short note is enough to start. We use it to decide whether your home needs a site visit, a written quote, or a simpler answer about an existing plant.
Subsidy and net metering
Eligible homes can receive a government subsidy of up to ₹78,000. Ask us to spell out DCR panels, TANGEDCO net-meter paperwork, and who files the subsidy. Amount and approval follow current scheme rules.
Cleaning, AMC, or labour only
If panels are already up, say so in the message. Panel cleaning and annual maintenance are a different visit from a full installation. Labour-only work is quoted separately from a complete plant.

For a useful first reply, mention the monthly units on your electricity bill, the rough terrace size, and any shade from a water tank, neighbouring floor, or tree. Photos of the roof and the EB meter help, but they are not required before we speak. A site visit is free and does not commit you to an installation.

We will point out whether the panel line is DCR or NDCR, what the structure and wiring include, and which costs sit outside the headline price per kilowatt.

How soon will ZeroEB reply?
We reply on the same or next working day, Monday to Saturday. If the matter is urgent, call or use WhatsApp rather than waiting on the form.
Do I need a site visit before a quote?
A serious residential quote needs a look at the roof. We can give a range from your bill and photos, then confirm size, structure, and price after the visit.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
Yes, during opening hours at the Madipakkam office opposite Kumaran Theatre. Calling ahead means the person who handles quotes is in the office when you arrive.
What should I not put in the form?
Do not send banking passwords, OTPs, or copies of identity documents in the first message. A name, phone number, locality, and a note about the bill are enough.
