The written price has to name each level.
Ask whether a step was left unbridged, which level was counted, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Independent houses in the older lanes are the usual fit. A flat cannot claim the common roof of a large block. A balcony is not a mounting place.
