How to read the sheet
The written price has to name the landing.
Ask whether the stair landing was left unused, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Houses whose stair arrives at its own landing are the usual fit, when the main slab is in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof.
