Where the stair arrives
We mark the landing before any row is drawn.
A stair from outside
Where the stair comes up outside the house, it arrives at a landing of its own. That landing is not the terrace. Rails stay on the main slab. They do not bridge onto the landing. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

Two slabs that are not one
The landing is not spare length. A house whose stair comes up inside, with one slab, is an ordinary survey.
A stair that comes up through a cut in the slab is the Pammal case. A room already standing on a large terrace is the Injambakkam case. A parking roof a full storey below is the Manapakkam case. A lower roof because the ground falls is the Red Hills case. A flat that cannot take a common roof is the Sholinganallur case. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

Both stay on the main slab. The row uses what remains.
Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
Houses whose stair arrives at its own landing are the usual fit, when the main slab is in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof. A house with an inside stair and one slab is an ordinary survey unless another limit on these pages applies.
How the row is fixed once the landing is marked is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Valasaravakkam figure is on solar panels and prices in Valasaravakkam. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Valasaravakkam. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the landing, if the stair comes up outside

No. A house with one slab and an inside stair is a normal survey. The tank stays, and a walkway stays.
