Front and rear
We mark each slab before any row is drawn.
Two slabs, one gap
Where a front portion and a rear portion leave an open gap, that gap stays open. Rails do not bridge it. Each slab is drawn on its own. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

The opening that stays open
The gap is not spare length. A single slab with no gap is an ordinary survey.
An open courtyard in the middle of one house is the Mylapore case. A stair that comes up through a cut in the slab is the Pammal case. A party wall between row villas is the Padur case. Two families on one slab are the Kovilambakkam case. Two slabs a few inches apart are the Chromepet case. A flat that cannot take a common roof is the Sholinganallur case. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

Both stay on the slab they already occupy. Each row uses what remains.
Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
Front and rear portions with an open gap between them are the usual fit, when both slabs are in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof. A single slab is an ordinary survey unless another limit on these pages applies.
How the row is fixed once each slab is marked is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Kodungaiyur figure is on solar panels and prices in Kodungaiyur. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Kodungaiyur. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the gap, if the house has two slabs

No. A single slab with no gap is a normal survey. The tank stays, and a walkway stays.
Yes. Cells and modules must be made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000, subject to the scheme on the day you apply. NDCR is only if that assistance has already been given up.
