Where the frame stands
We mark the sit-out frame before any row is drawn.
A frame already on the terrace
On many of these newer houses a sit-out frame is already standing on part of the terrace. That frame stays. It is not the solar frame. Rails are not clamped to it. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

What is already standing
The row uses the concrete that is still open. If only a walkway is left, the plant does not fit. A terrace with no sit-out frame is an ordinary survey.
Columns of a next floor already on the terrace are the Kolathur case. Clothes-line posts are the Washermenpet case. A board or exhaust already on the terrace is the Alwarpet case. A later room that leaves an L is the West Mambalam case. A flyover deck that shades one side is the Porur case. A flat that cannot take a common roof is the Sholinganallur case. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
Newer houses with that frame already standing are the usual fit, when the slab is in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof. A terrace with no sit-out frame is an ordinary survey unless another limit on these pages applies.
How the row is fixed once the frame is marked is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Ramapuram figure is on solar panels and prices in Ramapuram. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Ramapuram. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the sit-out frame, if one already stands there
