Independent houses in Gandhi Nagar, Kasturba Nagar, and the lanes off LB Road are the usual fit, along with a top-floor terrace when the association allows the roof to be used. A shared roof with no written permission is not a plant we will start. Flats without terrace access need a different conversation, and often the honest answer is to wait.
