Which roof is the house
We mark the house terrace before any row is drawn.
A shed in the yard
Beside the industrial estate, a sheet shed often stands in the yard, separate from the house. That roof is not the terrace. It is not drilled, and it is not counted. Modules stay on the house slab. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

What is not the house roof
Modules stay on the house terrace. The shed roof is left undrilled. A house with no yard shed is an ordinary survey. Hardware that faces the industrial estate is named on the quote. We do not invent a corrosion rating.
An old sheet over the rooms of the house is the Siruseri case. A rear kitchen under a sheet is the Perambur case. A high campus wall is the Kodambakkam case. A flat that cannot take a common roof is the Sholinganallur case. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

Its sheet is not drilled, and it is not counted as terrace.
Both stay on the house slab. The row uses what remains.
Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
Houses with a separate sheet shed are the usual fit, when the house terrace is in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof. A house with no yard shed is an ordinary survey unless another limit on these pages applies.
How the row is fixed once the house terrace is marked is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Manali figure is on solar panels and prices in Manali. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Manali. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the yard shed, if there is one
Yes. The roof visit is free. A recent bill and a photo of the yard shed, if there is one, are enough to start. No modules are ordered that day.

Yes. Cells and modules must be made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000, subject to the scheme on the day you apply. NDCR is only if that assistance has already been given up.
